Rhyme 30, the sound moves the original intention

The Fu-Du Philharmonic Chorus originated in 1997 as the Chong-Xue Elementary School Mothers' Choir, initially formed by a group of dedicated volunteer mothers united by their passion for singing. Over more than two decades of unwavering commitment and artistic devotion, the choir has earned numerous accolades and brought the joy of vocal music to the public through diverse performances. In 2012, welcoming an expanding community of music lovers, the ensemble officially renamed itself the "Fu-Du Philharmonic Chorus."

A solid musical foundation was established under the meticulous guidance of its former conductor over more than twenty years. Today, under the leadership of professional vocalist Conductor Li Su—who continues this proud tradition alongside collaborative pianist Tsai Pei-Fen—the choir integrates professional vocal technique with artistic vision. Together, they guide members toward ongoing artistic growth, creating a fresh aesthetic for choral art.

The year 2026 marks an important 30-year milestone since the choir’s inception. To give back to the local community and promote choral music, the ensemble presents its 30th Anniversary Concert, Resonating as One for 30 Years, Singing from the Heart. Through harmonious and expressive vocal music, the choir aims to connect deeply with audiences, showcase decades of artistic achievement, foster solidarity within the local choral community, and enrich Tainan's cultural landscape.
